Purpose of the Workshop

In addition to provide a venue for fruitful discussions on image schema research the workshop is intended as a launching event for the publication of a special issue devoted to image schemas.

From the accepted abstracts some will be selected to, in extended versions to take part as publications in a special issue on image schemas.
